Small Church Communities (SCC)

Registration Form

What Is A Small Church Community?
A Small Church Community (SCC) is a small group of adults and, at times, children who gather to reflect on their lives in the light of the Gospel and to share their Christian faith through prayer, friendship and service.

The early Christians gathered in small groups, most frequently in a home. That experience allowed a deep sharing of faith and life. Today, SCCs facilitate that deep sharing in the presence of trusted friends. Relationships are formed in which sharing, listening and genuine communication are nurtured. The sharing of faith and life leads to action on behalf of others.

Walking with Purpose

Walking with Purpose is a Catholic Bible study for women that aims to bring women to a deeper personal relationship with Jesus Christ by offering personal study and small group discussion that link our everyday challenges with the solutions given to us through the teachings of Christ and the Roman Catholic Church. Programs start in the fall.

Opening Your Heart is the foundational study. It is designed for women new to WWP with or without any bible study experience: come as you are to learn how the Scriptures apply to our everyday lives.

Discovering our Dignity gives us modern-day advice from the women of the Bible and is for women who have already taken Opening Your Heart and are ready for more advanced level study.

Weekly group sessions will start September 9, 2019 from 10:00 to 11:45 AM.  Childcare will be available.
