Flocknote

1. Visit our parish at: https://spiritofchrist.flocknote.com
   • Fill out the registration information and click “Sign Me Up.”
   •  Select the groups you would like to receive messages and information from.
   • Flocknote will send a verification email to you. – Click “Verify My Email”
2. Text the message:SOC To: 84576
   • Flocknote will send you back a confirmation message AND another message asking you to CLICK a link to give your name and email. You may also join groups at this time.

1. Log into your account at spiritofchrist.flocknote.com. If you have never logged in, then
   you will need to put your email in and create a password.

2. Click on the gray outline of a person under the SuperSearch menu at the top left.

3. Click on the menu item “Groups”. A list of all the groups at SOC will show.

4. If the email or text icon is blue, then you are signed up to receive info from that group.
    If it is gray, then you are not and need to just click on the icon to sign up.

5. When you are done making your selections, then click on the x at the top left by your name.

      you will need to put your email in and create a password.
2. Click on the gray outline of a person under the SuperSearch menu at the top left.
3. For 2020 and 2021, click on the Documents icon, then click on the Donor Summery.
4. For the 2022 information to last year’s information, click on the Giving icon at the top.

If you used to receive emails from Spirit of Christ and now you are not, then there are two steps to take:

1. This mainly happens when your email provider blocks the emails. You need to “whitelist” Flocknote with your email provider so they know it is good and you want to receive these emails.  Here’s how:
   To stop Comcast from bouncing or rejecting Flocknote emails, please do the following: Whitelisting with Comcast/Xfinity
   1. Sign into your My XFINITY account.
   2. At the top right, click the Mail icon to reach your inbox.
   3. Click the Address Book tab.
   4. Click New Contact on the left sidebar.
   5. Add email mail@flocknote.com to the address.
   6. Click Save to save the contact.

      To stop your service provider from bouncing or rejecting Flocknote emails, please do the following:Whitelisting

      2. Click the Address Book tab or Contacts.
      3. Click New Contact or Add Contact.
      4. Add email mail@flocknote.com to the addresses.
      5. Click Save to save the contact.

    

2. After #1 above has been done, then email phayes@spiritofchrist.org and let her know you did it.  She will then get your account cleared to receive our emails again.  Yeah!

3. Click on the Info icon in the gray square.

4. Hover over the info item you want to change and a pencil will appear.  Click it.

5. Change or add the information.

6. Click SAVE.

7. When you are done making your changes, then click on the x at the top left by your name.

2. Click on the Giving icon at the top of the gray square.

3. Click on the calendar icon as shown by the red arrow.  You need to set the date range for the Giving Summary.

4. Change the date range by the yellow arrow to your desired dates.  Then click Go.

5. When you are done, then click on the x at the top left above Family Info.
