Fellowship and Support Ministries represent a collection of adult ministries that strive to address a wide-range of ministerial needs within the parish family. Each ministry gathers a particular group of people who share common interests and or experiences. Our goal is to bring the community of faith together to build relationships, share life experiences, and foster support from others.

Divorce Ministry
Next healing from divorce program here at Spirit of Christ Catholic Community will be announced in the fall. All who have experienced the pain and loneliness of a broken marriage will find comfort and counsel consistent with Catholic Church teachings.
Registration is required. Register below or call the parish office.
This program costs $35.00 to cover materials and fee.
Mission Statement: The mission of this ministry is to provide compassionate Christian education and awareness that helps those dealing with separation or divorce, to heal and rebuild their lives.
Program Summary: This program has accompanying materials that bring top Catholic experts on Church teachings, relationships, love, sex, marriage, divorce and annulments to the parish level. The presentations feature the personal testimonies of twelve divorced Catholic men and women who share their real-life stories of hope and healing.
The parish program includes ongoing leader support, personal guides for the group participants, and a website with links, downloads, and other helpful information for anyone who wants to know more about what the Catholic Church teaches relative to love, sex, marriage, divorce and annulments.
The primary goal of this program is to lead those who are suffering and in need of answers (in this case, those who have been separated or divorced) to a more intimate knowledge of and love for Christ, through his Church.

Funerals Receptions (TOUCH)
Funeral Receptions (TOUCH)
For our parishioners, we provide a reception after a funeral service. This entails a group of volunteers who actually work the event by setting up, serving the food and drinks, and cleaning up afterward. If you would like to volunteer to help work the funeral, please leave a message for Deacon A.J. or by calling the office.
The second part of this ministry is for those who donate salads, side dishes and desserts. If you would like to volunteer to donate food, please leave a message for Judy by calling the office.
Funeral Planning
Please contact Deacon A.J. Misiti at 303-867-9163 or email him at deaconaj@spiritofchrist.org to make an appointment for funeral planning.
